Cancellation Policy

Some products sold by RYNSE may be available through subscriptions and pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for those purchase types.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment information may be stored securely and charged for each recurring delivery unless you have chosen a prepaid subscription option.

Certain subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected term. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you may cancel it before the next renewal.

You may manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link included in your order confirmation or account information.

Pre-Orders

When purchasing a pre-order item, you are purchasing a product that may currently be unavailable or scheduled for a future release.

Depending on the product, RYNSE may collect the full payment, a partial deposit, or securely store your payment method and charge the remaining balance at a later date.

A partially paid pre-order may be cancelled before it has been fulfilled.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return or refund according to our Returns Policy.
